What We’re Looking For

We’re currently accepting vendor applications for our Coastal Cowgirl Summer Tour stops in:

  • Dana Point

  • Santa Barbara

  • Ventura

  • Coastal + western fashion

  • Handmade goods + accessories

  • Jewelry + leather goods

  • Vintage + curated apparel

  • Beauty + wellness brands

  • Lifestyle + home goods

  • Artisan makers + unique small businesses

We prioritize vendors that align with the coastal cowgirl aesthetic and offer products that feel curated, stylish, and experience-driven.

Event Features

Vendors at Coastal Cowgirl are part of a full festival experience that includes:

  • Live music + entertainment

  • Line dancing + community programming

  • Coastal Cowgirl Conversations

  • Food + beverage experiences

  • Photo moments + installations

  • A curated vendor marketplace

This event is a juried event, you will not be charged your application fee until you are accepted, you will have 48 hours to pay the application fee request. Your Application fee: Your application fee covers our time working with you on registration, advertising and location fee. There are NO REFUNDS, no trading event dates and no transfers of booth space. If you do not agree to this you can not do our events. There are NO COVID exceptions. There are no emergency exceptions. This is a rain or shine event. In the event that the market can't happen, at the markets discretion, you will be given 2 alternate transfer dates to choose from. If neither work for you, you will forfeit your vendor fee.
